Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree Summa Cum Laude 2011, Calif. State University Northridge.
I am primarily self taught but went back 4 years ago to obtain the BA degree. I have exhibited in galleries locally and nationally since 1994
I have also been very involved in community projects and have taught art at both private and secular levels. As an artist I developed a program for high schoolers in need. CREATE was based on discovering identity and painting on found objects. I was awarded University Scholar twice on this teaching program, having taught it at an LAUSD and a charter school.
